Overview On December 18, 2003, TVO signed two contracts: - The turnkey plant construction contract with the Olkiluoto 3 Consortium set up between Framatome ANP GmbH, Germany, Framatome ANP S.A.S., France and Siemens AG. The Supplier may to his discretion in his material use "the AREVA Group" when meaning Framatome ANP GmbH, Germany and Framatome ANP S.A.S., France." The leader of the consortium is Framatome ANP GmbH - The fuel contract with Framatome ANP GmbH for the supply of the first core. 2. Roles and work scope of TVO, FANP and Siemens in the construction of OL 3 Scope of Owner TVO Leader of the licensing process with the Finnish Government and safety authority (STUK) Site preparation, excavation Switchyard, raw water intake and outlet, quay, office building and other ancillary buildings Scope of the Consortium (CFS) Supply of the Olkiluoto 3 NPP on a turn-key basis Responsibility for the overall project co-ordination as well as functional and technical integration of the complete plant Within the Consortium the Scope of Supply is divided as follows: Scope of Framatome ANP Complete Nuclear Island (NSSS and BNI) Civil works for the complete Nuclear Island The plant simulator Supply of the first core Siemens AG Complete Turbine Island Balance-of-Plant systems Civil works for the complete Turbine Island
